You are bidding on the Foundations program: three (3) private training sessions at KG Strong, a women-centered training studio in South Philadelphia focused on progressive kettlebell training, community, and long-term strength at every life stage.
Foundations sessions are one-on-one and focus on learning the fundamental kettlebell and strength training skills- things like hinging, squatting, pressing, carrying, and breathing under load. It's designed to help you feel confident and competent with the basics, and it's also the required onboarding to join our small group training program, so it has real, lasting value beyond the three sessions. Maternity Care Coalition's silent auction will accept bids through 12:15pm EST on Saturday, May 9, 2026. Winners will be notified via text, and the credit card on file in Givesmart, our silent auction platform, will automatically be charged. Winners who are unable to claim their items in person at the brunch will be contacted by May 18, 2026 to coordinate pickup, and should expect to travel to MCC's North Philadelphia Headquarters to receive their item. Please read all terms and conditions of each auction package before placing your bid. All bids are final.
